Epona Muse Publishing began, as many things do, with a question. Has anyone written or published any books about (topic)? No, no one could think of any books, but I as a publishing professional and someone deeply, intimately affected by the topic knew what I had to do. And so, Epona Muse Publishing was born. (That first book was Grief Volume 1.)
Epona Muse Publishing is publishing devoted to the purpose of lifting voices and telling stories.
For nonfiction, our focus is on neurodivergent individuals, those with chronic illness and/or disability, nature-based spirituality, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Some of our anthologies will intersect these topics, creating a beautiful, intersectional picture of lived experiences and personal truths.
For fiction, we love speculative fiction short stories and novellas, often own voices representation from the BIPOC, chronically ill/disabled, neurodivergent, and queer communities.

Kit Caelsto founded Epona Author Solutions with one goal in mind--to help authors with technology and publishing in ways that won't break the bank. After taking a hiatus from being a publisher, they founded Epona Muse Publishing as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epona Author Solutions to publish anthologies containing fiction and nonfiction on topics that match Kit's interests. Kit brings their more than two decades' worth of experience in publishing to create an author-friendly independent press.
Epona Muse Publishing is a royalty-paying independent publisher that operates under the age-old law "money flows toward the author". Authors are never required to pay any fees or utilize Epona Author Solutions in any capacity to publish with us.
As a publisher, one of my greatest joys is to find really brilliant stories and to publish them in a way that hopefully nurtures the author and helps them get the story they love out into the world.
