When you order a digital download (epub) from Epona Muse Publishing you will be sent a link to download the book in your order email. You can also access your downloads by going to your order history. You are responsible for downloading your book and keeping it secure in the event of your own hardware or technology failure.

Paperback books are prepared for shipment within 2 business days of purchase. Trips to the post office are made twice weekly. You will be provided with a tracking number.

Customers pay shipping as calculated at the time of checkout and can choose their preferred shipping method. Shipping includes a small handling fee to cover the cost of shipping materials.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries or outside the United States. International customers are responsible for VAT/import duties.

For the states where we collect sales tax, we only do so on your order amount and do not include sales tax on shipping unless it is required by law.
